Keep registration details accurate and current. Safeguard passwords, one‑time codes, and devices. All actions under an account are the account holder's responsibility. Report suspected compromise to support@primecard.live.
Some features (saved journeys, concierge requests, pre‑fill tools) may require identity checks or document review. Declining required steps may limit access to those features.
No scraping, automated harvesting beyond allowed methods, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, interference with operations, or unlawful/abusive activity.
Operational communications (service updates, policy changes, security alerts) may be sent. Marketing is sent only with consent and includes opt‑out options. Transactional/security notices may continue after marketing opt‑outs.
Browsing core content is free. Optional premium utilities, API calls, or concierge assistance may involve fees disclosed at activation; taxes and third‑party charges (telecom, issuer/app fees) are separate.
Links and integrations may involve issuers, payment/verification providers, analytics, and messaging vendors. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services, including availability and accuracy.
Site content, design, software, and trademarks are owned by primecard.live or licensors. A revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license permits personal or authorized business use. No reproduction, resale, framing, or derivative works without prior written consent.
Feedback and materials provided for support may be used to operate and improve the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or confidential third‑party materials. A limited, royalty‑free license is granted to host and display submissions solely to provide the service.
Experimental features are provided "as is," may change or be removed, and may collect diagnostic telemetry to improve stability and security.
Content and features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to reduce disruption.
Access may be limited or accounts closed for violations, fraud risk, legal directives, or prolonged inactivity. Users may request closure; closing paid features may require settling outstanding charges.

To the maximum extent permitted, primecard.live is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of fees paid for paid features in the preceding three months or a reasonable statutory minimum allowed by law.
Users agree to defend and hold harmless primecard.live and its affiliates from claims or losses arising from site use, policy breaches, or infringement caused by user content or conduct.
Mandatory local consumer protections apply where required. Otherwise, governing law and venue will be shown in the regional notice at signup or within account settings. Where permitted, disputes may be resolved via binding arbitration or small‑claims court.
Updates may occur. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via on‑site notice or email.
